Return/Exchange Policy

Due to high merchandise demand and varying stock levels, to exchange an item the original item needs to be returned and a new order placed for the different size/etc. If you would like a new product, you may return the original item in accordance to the return guidelines and place a new order. ANY RETURN REQUEST MUST BE MADE WITHIN 21 DAYS OF DATE OF ORDER.

Return Guidelines: For clothing items the original tags must be ATTACHED and be unwashed. Clothing items with the tags removed cannot be returned due to health and safety considerations. Custom and made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded. Simply send us an email at alisha@16submarines.com letting us know and we’ll give you address details and instructions to send your item back. Please use the shipping method of your choice to return any unwanted item as we are unable to provide a prepaid label mailing label for returns.

For non-clothing items, the item must be in the original packaging and in brand new condition. It’s totally ok if you don’t want the product but we need to be able to put it back on the shelves.

Note: In the event that you need to return defective merchandise, you must contact us within seven days of receiving the order. The defective item must be returned in its original (and unworn if applicable) condition with original packaging/tags. In the event that an item is returned not in the conditions stated above, only a maximum refund of 50% of the purchase price will be issued.

We recommend that you have tracking information for all returns. 16submarines is not responsible for returns that are lost in the mail.
