Yes – you can customize many of our products with any US Navy/Marine Corps/Coast Guard crest, seal, insignia, emblem, or logo, current or historical. This includes shore commands, NUCONs,& DECOMs.  

Yes – under Navy vendor#NTLO_SKYHK01. Licensing protects the Navy's name, heritage, reputation, &image by permitting only appropriate uses & quality products. Federal law prohibits unauthorized use of Navy trademarks in any manner. 16Submarines meets the Navy’s rigorous standards for merchandise quality as well as their social, environmental, & product safety regulations.

16Submarines pays royalties on the sales of licensed products to support the Navy’s Morale, Welfare, &Recreation (MWR) activities. MWR is a quality-of-life program that directly supports readiness by providing a variety of community & family support programs, activities & services. These social, fitness, recreational, &educational activities enhance community life, foster unit readiness, promote mental/physical fitness, while generally providing an environment that attracts& retains active duty members, their family members, retirees, & its civilian workforce. This support is at the core of our principals at16Submarines. We value the opportunity to support service members & their families.

Yes – a 16Submarines designer will develop custom merchandise for your group. Custom items may be purchased in bulk.16Submarines also offers the option to host your fundraiser on our online platform & manufacture, & ship your group’s items all over the country. Yes – unfortunately our retail store is closed due to the pandemic, but our production facility is operating & shipping daily.  We offer local pickup at our headquarters at 19820 7th Ave NE, Suite A, Poulsbo, WA 98370 from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Monday through Friday.

Free shipping is available for orders over $100. Free shipping will arrive within 7-10 business days within the mainland US.

Yes – gift cards are delivered electronically via email to either the recipient or yourself.  They do not expire.

Yes – the more you shop the more you save. Simply create an account & start earning points on each purchase. Already have an account? 16Submarines recently switched to a new website platform. Your points have transferred but need to be re-activated with your account. Please re-register your account using the same email address previously used.
